Indira Gandhi Airport has two terminals: Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Terminal 1 is divided as Terminal 1-C, which is used for domestic flights, and Terminal 1-D, which is used for takeoffs. Terminal 1 can deal with 10 million travelers every year. Terminal 3, one of the greatest terminals in the world, can oblige around 40 million travelers every year. Every single international flight takeoff and land at T3 and domestic flights takeoff and land at T1 or T3, depending upon the flight. Low cost airlines, for example, GoAir, IndiGo, and SpiceJet operate from Terminal 1 only, while alternate carriers operate from T3.
